Alplains collection from Coos Co., OR; 634m. Alan Bradshaw describes it as: “A small disjunct population with characteristics of I. tenax and I. innominata and/or I. chrysophylla. Flowers are like I. tenax with veined, blue-purple falls blushed yellow with somewhat paler standards. Whole plant is smaller than typical I. tenax, the leaves somewhat grassy, intermediate between I. innominata and I. tenax.”
