Lamiophlomis rotata

Rare offering, a Jurasek collection from open meadow slopes in Baima Shan, Yunnan at 4400m. Wrinkled and crenate basal rosettes lay flat against the earth, somewhat like a Ramonda. Whorls of purple flowers in mid-summer.
