Ulmus parvifolia 'Seiju'

Seiju Dwarf Chinese Elm grows 3" each year. Very tiny leaves cover the twiggy tree with corky bark, as do the nubby buds in winter and spring. Could eventually reach 6' in height planted in the garden, but stays much smaller when in trough.
